Mimoni's is a new vegetarian/ vegan restaurant that opened in the Jerusalem shuk. I have tasted their entire menu. Yes that is how good they are. They have about 4 or 5 things on the menu and they do them very well. They make sandwiches out of cauliflower, eggplant, lentils, beet carpaccio, accompanied with a small salad. Everything on the menu is excellent, fresh and generous. (They have Feta cheese but that is the only dairy on the menu and can easy be taken out).

It doesn't have a goodle maps location just yet but it is the restaurant beside Arias.
